Robert A. Wade, JD has extensive experience representing health care providers and related organizations. His practice focuses on physician contracting matters, including the formation of networks of physicians and health care institutions. He has written numerous articles on health care law and practice management issues. Wade also lectures nationally on practice management, financial and legal issues and has led seminars for many organizations. He is a magna cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School and a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the College of William and Mary.
Jill S. Garabedian, JD concentrates her practice on physician contracting matters, including employment negotiations, regulatory issues, acquisitions and sales of medical practices, as well as commercial leases and general employment matters. She graduated cum laude from Drexel University Earle Mack School of Law and the University of Delaware. |
